The Petland franchise opportunity!
Petland offers a franchise opportunity to qualified individuals who demonstrate an understanding of the value of pets and the human-animal bond. Qualified franchise candidates must also demonstrate a history of leadership in some aspect of life; e.g. business, academic, club or sports activities as evidence of an ability to recruit, train, coach, motivate and manage a team of Pet Counselors and Animal Care associates to deliver the Petland pet experience. Qualified candidates must be willing to engage in full time operation of the Petland business for the first year as we do not permit passive investment. Candidates must also meet the financial and credit criteria that will qualify them for the purchase of Petland store and the award of the Petland franchise license.

Petland assists candidates who qualify for a Petland franchise license with;

• Site selection, lease negotiations, in-house store design, engineering, and complete construction management
• Business plan development and assistance with third party lenders to fund your franchise

Petland as a mature franchise of nearly 40 years and a registered franchise with the United States Small Business Administration / Franchise Registry and recognized by national commercial lenders qualifies Petland franchisees for up to 85% financing of the total project at favorable rates and terms. If you have reasonable credit scores and a net worth of $250,000 you may qualify for a new Petland store. If you have less than a $250,000 personal net worth you may qualify for established store opportunities where assumable financing may be available.
